You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $75 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature. Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL There is a valet trash bin at the side of the home. All trash needs to be bagged in plastic trash bags. Trash is picked up every morning shortly after 9 AM. No trash can sit outside overnight. If you want to dispose of it, there is a dumpster in the parking lot behind the clubhouse. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. •ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
